If you’re looking to add dark leafy greens to your diet – give rainbow chard a try. It’s fabulously diva-filled name comes from its brightly coloured stems, usually in vibrant purple, red, yellow and orange. If you’ve got green-stemmed chard on your hands then that’s Swiss chard. All varieties are an excellent source of iron, rich in vitamins K, A, and C as well as magnesium, potassium and dietary fibre.
