Calling all plant-based and ethical companies

The Veggie Awards 2023 are open – and we have a new judging process this year

Calling all plant-based and ethical companies

Yes, that’s right – the Veggie Awards are back, and this year they’re going to bigger and better than ever before.

Once again we’re offering plant-based and ethical companies the chance to be a part of the UK’s biggest celebration of cruelty-free shopping and help form the definitive shopping guide for vegetarian consumers.

Now in their 13th year, the awards feature a broad range of categories, focusing on everything from vegetarian snacks and vegan pantry staples to cruelty-free skincare and plastic-free products. And, we also have a brand new category for this year: Ethical Hero, which aims to celebrate those brands that are going above and beyond in their commitment to the planet and its people.

As always, we have an incredible roster of experts and celebrities on hand to help with the judging process so if you’re a plant-based company or represent a relevant brand, now’s your chance to get involved.

Plus, we have a brand new judging process for 2023. The new model includes Gold, Silver and Bronze awards.

Bronze will be awarded by our expert team of in-house judges. These badges will be granted to products that we believe truly deserve recognition for their excellence in the vegan and vegetarian industries.

Silver will be awarded by our judging panel of high-profile industry experts. These badges will be given to stand-out products that have impressed the panel with their exceptional quality, innovation, and overall impact.

Gold winners represent the highest honour for products entered into the Veggie Awards. Our judges will select the three best products in each category to receive a prestigious Gold badge.
