Lipton launches sustainable cold brew range
Fast-brewing tea bags are biodegradable and feature sustainably sourced ingredients
Summer is in full swing across the UK with most of us experiencing high temperatures and dry weather. Just in time to help us stay cool while we enjoy the sunshine, Lipton has launched a new Cold Brew range.
Perfect for those of us who want to sip on something more exciting than tap water, the drinks are made from sustainably-sourced green tea, fruit and herbal ingredients. Better yet, the tea bags are biodegradable, and come in plant-based packaging.
The fast-brewing tea bags are available in three flavours – Peach Flavour Cold Brew, Strawberry Flavour Cold Brew and Mango Flavour Cold Brew – all of which are made with a green tea base, and are natural sugar-free, calorie-free and free-from artificial flavours.
Whether you’re enjoying a meal al fresco in the comfort of your home, or you’re setting out for a picnic, the range of cold teas are ideal for keeping you refreshed whilst having minimal impact on the environment.
Available online and in-store at Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Tesco for £3.79 for a box of 15 teabags.
