Vegan Snack Box Delivery Service Launches in the UK
Support local businesses while getting your fill of plant-based snacks!
If you’re tired of perusing the supermarket snack aisles seeking out those elusive vegan-friendly products, then how does a box of goodies delivered direct to your door sound?
Where to Vegan, a vegan eatery and product directory in the UK, has launched a new subscription snack box service so you can enjoy a regular supply of plant-based nibbles. The launch comes just in time, as Brits find themselves in lockdown, and supermarkets are struggling to restock shelves following a mad rush of people panic buying supplies. What’s more, the snack box features products from small, independent vegan eateries and brands that will be relying on support during these unprecedented times.
Speaking about the launch, Where to Vegan founder Hiren Chohan said: “Where to Vegan was founded to promote the demand and supply of veganism and we are passionate about supporting the many independent vegan food businesses in the UK.
“So many of those companies are struggling due to the Coronavirus pandemic. And although our new snack box service has been in the works for a while, we have decided to go ahead with its planned launch now, as we truly feel this is one way we can continue to support these businesses as well as help vegans locate a regular supply of 100 percent vegan snacks.”
If you’re looking to get your fill, there are four options to choose from: Give Us a Try (1 box a month), Temptation, (3 boxes a month) Make it Easy (6 boxes a month) and Full On Vegan (12 boxes a month). Each box contains 7-8 snacks from brands like Enjoy Chocolate, Rhythm 108, Guruji Snacks and Plantifulll, with the contents changing month by month. What’s more, 20 percent of profits from Where to Vegan’s snack box sales will be donated to animal rights charity, SURGE.
Boxes are sent out on the 1st of each month and will be packed using protective gloves to maintain a high standard of health, safety and hygiene. Subscriptions are now available for a special launch price of £12.60 per box, valid until 27th April, 2020. To find out more, visit: thatveganbox.com
