3 Ways With Smoothies Recipe: Veggie

Ingredients:

For The Super green smoothie bowl

½ a ripe avocado

1 small banana, peeled, sliced and frozen

15g fresh young spinach leaves

2.5cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated

200ml coconut water

100g Bonne Maman Rhubarb Compote

Oaty apricot & mango smoothie bowl

15g porridge oats

100g mango pieces, frozen

100g Bonne Maman Apricot Compote

150g fat-free, thick set natural yoghurt

150ml pressed apple juice

Apricot, orange & carrot shake

200g Bonne Maman Apricot Compote

75g fat-free, thick-set natural yoghurt

100g cooked carrots

150ml fresh orange and mango juice

1-2 cardamom seeds (optional)

method:

  • For The Super green smoothie bowl - Combine everything in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into a deep cereal bowl and top with extra fruit, granola and coconut flakes.
  • Oaty apricot & mango smoothie bowl - Whizz up all the ingredients in a blender or processor until smooth. Pour into a deep cereal bowl and top with extra compote, fruit and toasted almonds or granola.
  • Apricot, orange & carrot shake - Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, then blitz until smooth. Add a little extra milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
