Avocado, Lime and Coconut Milk Ice Lollies

Avocados – and all their good fats – are really healthy for us, and these ice lollies are a fab way of including them in your diet
Ingredients:
2 Peruvian Hass avocados, halved, pitted and peeled juice of 2 limes 397g can condensed milk 200ml coconut milk makes 10 ice popsmethod:
- Puree the avocados, lime juice, condensed milk and coconut milk in a blender for 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice-pop moulds and freeze for at least 12 hours.
