Blueberry Post-Workout Ice Lollies

Cost Cutting Freezes Well Gluten Free Quick Make
After a workout, what better way to cool down than a protein ice lolly? If you don’t have ice lolly moulds, swap the yoghurt for water and blend all the ingredients together for a blueberry post-workout protein shake for one.

Ingredients:
125ml lemon juice 375ml yoghurt 35g Vanilla Vega® Protein 110g fresh or frozen blueberries 1 tbsp lemon zestmethod:
- Combine the lemon juice, yoghurt and protein in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the blueberries, pour into an ice lolly mould and freeze for a minimum of four hours (overnight is ideal).
