Brie and Red Cabbage Wraps Recipe: Veggie

Ingredients:

brie
red cabbage
chicory
veggie chutney

method:

  • Boil 10 red cabbage leaves for five minutes until malleable, then cut into 4cm wide strips.
  • Cut 200g Brie up into 4cm slices and slice a head of chicory into fine matchstick pieces.
  • Lay a slice of Brie at the end of each strip of cabbage.
  • Top with a little of your favourite veggie chutney and roll up. Serve up sushi style for all to share!
