Brie and Red Cabbage Wraps

Ingredients:
briered cabbage
chicory
veggie chutney
method:
- Boil 10 red cabbage leaves for five minutes until malleable, then cut into 4cm wide strips.
- Cut 200g Brie up into 4cm slices and slice a head of chicory into fine matchstick pieces.
- Lay a slice of Brie at the end of each strip of cabbage.
- Top with a little of your favourite veggie chutney and roll up. Serve up sushi style for all to share!
