Cheese and Oat Slices

Ready in: 15 to 30 mins
These are great on their own as a snack, or why not serve alongside your cheeseboard?
Ingredients:
100g wholemeal flour150g porridge oats
50g mixed seeds
2 medium free-range eggs, beaten
2 tsp Dijon mustard
50g butter, melted
100g vegetarian Cheddar cheese, grated
method:
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and press into a 23cm square tin. Make sure you smooth over the surface.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. Allow the baked oat mixture to cool slightly in the tin before cutting into 16 squares and storing in an airtight container.
