Ingredients:
400g strawberries200g white, dark or milk chocolate
method:
- To make this alternative Easter treat (also ideal for family gatherings), simply melt white, dark or milk chocolate in a heat-proof bowl set over a small saucepan of gently simmering water. Dip small British strawberries into the chocolate, then place carefully on a baking sheet lined with non-stick baking paper. Sprinkle with chopped pistachio, hazelnuts or desiccated coconut... or you could jazz them up even more with vegetarian sugar sprinkles and edible glitter flakes. Leave in a cool place until set.
