Cranberry and Orange Relish
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1 orange300g packet fresh cranberries
250g golden granulated sugar
method:
- Squeeze the juice from half the orange. Cut the other half into thin slices.
- Put the orange juice and slices into a saucepan with the cranberries and sugar.
- Cook over a gentle heat for a few minutes until the sugar has dissolved, then simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries are tender.
- Remove from the heat. The mixture will thicken as it cools.
