Cream Cheese and Radish Toast
Serves: 2
A quick and nutritious way to jazz up your morning toast!
Ingredients:
4 slices sourdough bread80g cream cheese
120g radishes, sliced
handful of cress
zest of ½ lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
method:
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
- Spread over a layer of cream cheese and top with a handful of radish slices, a sprinkle of cress and a grating of fresh lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil to serve.
