Ingredients:
60g pineapple, finely cubed and fresh 1 sprig of mint, chopped 1 tsp lime juice 1 tsp honey 150g Alpro soya alternative to yoghurt with Coconutmethod:
- Mix together the pineapple, chopped mint, lime juice and honey.
- Spoon onto a bowl of Alpro Plain with Coconut.
