Falafels are used to make a beloved, classic wrap the world over. To ensure this wrap is the tastiest, track down the best-quality falafel balls. Many commercial varieties are quite dry, so if that’s the case in your wrap, you might want to increase the amount of hummus, and maybe even drizzle some tahini over the top. Falafel Wrap Recipe: Veggie

Ingredients:

60g hummus
1 wrap
handful of shredded iceberg lettuce
3 falafel balls, roughly crumbled
2 spring onions (scallions), sliced
small handful of pickled turnips
handful of parsley, roughly chopped
chilli sauce, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

method:

  • Spread the hummus over the wrap.
  • Top with the remaining ingredients.
  • Roll up and secure the wrap.
