Fattoush Salad with Manomasa Feta & Pomegranate Vinaigrette Tortilla Chips cooked in Avocado Oil

This is a great side salad or for a meal, serve with hummus
Ingredients:
For the dressing:
½ tsp sea salt 1 tbsp lemon zest 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp za’atar spice 130ml good quality olive oilFor the salad:
2 heads Cos lettuce, washed and chopped horizontally into 1 cm pieces 2 heads of chicory, sliced lengthwise and separated ½ medium red onion, sliced 1 large cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and cut into 2cm slices 250g cherry tomatoes, cut in half 75g radishes, sliced thinly 10g parsley leaves, picked and washed 10g coriander leaves, picked and washed 10g mint leaves, picked and washed 5g dill fronds, picked and washed 1 small pomegranate, seeds removed 75g feta cheese, crumbled 100g Manomasa Feta & Pomegranate Vinaigrette Tortilla Chips, broken upmethod:
- Whisk all the dressing ingredients together. Toss all the salad components with dressing in a large bowl and share onto six serving plates.
