Feta Wraps

Ingredients:
6 wholemeal or white wraps1 small radicchio or iceberg lettuce
200g vegetarian feta cheese, crumbled
1 small cucumber, roughly chopped
3 small tomatoes, sliced
small handful chopped fresh mint
drizzle of Balsamico Rich Balsamic glaze (Original or Garlic flavour)
method:
- Roughly chop the vegetables and prepare the feta and mint by crumbling the cheese and roughly tearing the mint. Set aside.
- Prepare the wraps by gently heating them in the oven for a minute or so or leave cool, if you prefer.
- Lay the wraps flat on a plate and lay the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, feta and mint down the middle of the wrap, drizzle the Balsamico on top. Fold the bottom of the wrap a third of the way up over the filling before folding the left and right of the wrap over.
