Garden Gimlet
Serves: 1
Ready in: Under 15 Mins
Smooth and refreshing, this is a great way to make the most of the complementary flavour combinations that we love when combining vegetables with botanical gin. This summer cocktail is ideal for enjoying in the sunshine on your patio or in the garden. Cheers!
Ingredients:
50ml gin(Villa Ascenti or Hendricks work well)
20ml bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial
50g cucumber, peeled and chopped
10x garden peas (defrosted if frozen)
2-3 sprigs of fresh mint
method:
- Muddle the cucumbers and peas together until they have mushed into a thick textured juice – if you're feeling lazy, you can also lightly blend the veggies together.
- Hard shake all of the ingredients with ice until chilled, then strain with a tea strainer into a martini glass.
- Garnish with mint sprigs.
