Grape Balls of Cheese

Grape Balls of Cheese Recipe: Veggie

Ingredients:

150g pot fresh French cheese, such as
Paysan Breton Luxury Creamy Cheese
100g pistachios, husks removed
16 red seedless grapes

method:

  • Make sure the cheese is well chilled. Wash the grapes and dry with paper towel.
  • Using the palm of your hands, roll each grape in 1/2 tbsp cheese until covered.
  • Place the balls in fridge for at least 1 hour. Shortly before serving, finely crush the pistachio nuts using a liquidiser or pestle and mortar.
  • Roll each cheese ball in the pistachios. Slice each grape in two, place on a plate and serve.
