Grape Balls of Cheese

Ingredients:
150g pot fresh French cheese, such asPaysan Breton Luxury Creamy Cheese
100g pistachios, husks removed
16 red seedless grapes
method:
- Make sure the cheese is well chilled. Wash the grapes and dry with paper towel.
- Using the palm of your hands, roll each grape in 1/2 tbsp cheese until covered.
- Place the balls in fridge for at least 1 hour. Shortly before serving, finely crush the pistachio nuts using a liquidiser or pestle and mortar.
- Roll each cheese ball in the pistachios. Slice each grape in two, place on a plate and serve.
