Greek-style Radish & Mint Dip

Ingredients:
10 French breakfast radishes150g Greek yoghurt
2 sprigs mint
method:
- Coarsely grate the radishes and chop the mint finely. For speed, use the grater attachment on your food processor.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl along with a pinch of salt. Top with an extra sprinkle of mint and serve with crudités or bread sticks.
