Eco Friendly Gluten Free Quick Make
In the last few years green smoothies have been all the rage, but there’s a new gang in town called the bowl.
Ingredients:
1 banana 120ml coconut water 3 dates, pitted handful of spinach 1 kiwi, peeled 1 tsp açaí powderFor the toppings:
raspberries coconut flakes bee pollenmethod:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz away. Top with raspberries, coconut flakes and bee pollen.
