Delicious refreshing smoothie, with a hint of mint and a wakening addition of green tea.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup strong green tea3 cups frozen raspberries
2-3 large mint leaves
stevia to taste if needed
method:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Strain through a sieve to remove raspberry pips
- Pour into glasses and enjoy
