Green Tea and Raspberry Smoothie Recipe: Veggie

Ingredients:

1/3 cup strong green tea
3 cups frozen raspberries
2-3 large mint leaves
stevia to taste if needed

method:

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
  • Strain through a sieve to remove raspberry pips
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy
