Honeyed Oatmeal Biscuits

Ingredients:
175g Kerrygold Honey Spread110g caster sugar
250g oats
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
method:
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Place a saucepan on a medium-low heat, add the honey spread, golden syrup and vanilla extract. Melt and stir together, then stir in the caster sugar and oats and mix well.
- Spread onto a Swiss roll tin and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden. Cut into squares while still warm, then place on a wire rack to cool.
