Pizzas needn't be tricky; simply use a tortilla for a quick and low-fat alternative to dough

Ingredients:
1 floured tortilla2 tbsp pizza sauce
50g Total Greek Yoghurt Authentic
25g Piquante peppers or sweet chilli peppers
25g chargrilled artichoke hearts
handful of rocket
salt and pepper, to taste
method:
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Place the tortilla wrap on a baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce right up to the edge.
- Sprinkle on the rocket leaves and arrange the peppers and artichoke on top. Spoon on four or five dollops of yoghurt and bake in the oven until golden brown.
