Liven up breakfast with this Moroccan-inspired treat which combines the sweet flavour of dried apricots (or apricot jam) with the creamy cheese hit of Primula Original, all served on a classic crumpet. Add a drizzle of honey to bring the flavours together while a sprinkling of chopped pistachios adds a delicious texture.
Ingredients:
4 toasted crumpets 150g Primula Cheese Original a handful of soft dried apricots, finely chopped (apricot jam will also work) a generous pinch of chopped pistachios a drizzle of honeymethod:
- Toast a fresh crumpet and spread with Primula Original cheese. Top your crumpets with the apricots and pistachios, then drizzle with honey. Serve while warm.
