Naughty Vegan Brownie

Cost Cutting Eco Friendly Vegan Friendly
These super easy vegan brownies taste just as indulgent as their dairy counterparts
Ingredients:
170g self-rising flour (gluten free) 30g organic cacao powder a pinch of pink salt 80g This Is Good Macadamia Nut Oil 230ml almond milk or oat milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 100g bar of vegan chocolatemethod:
- Grease and line a 20cm (8 in) square cake tin.
- Sieve the flour, followed by the organic cacao powder into a bowl. Add the pinch of salt.
- Measure out the This Is Good Macadamia Nut Oil and the almond milk / oat milk. Combine and add the vanilla extract.
- Slowly pour the liquids into the flour, stirring as you pour.
- Roughly chop the vegan chocolate and add to the mix. Stir well to combine and pour the mixture into the prepared tin
- Bake for 25 mins at 180C/350F/Gas 4.
