New Potato and Bay Kebabs

Ingredients:
500g new potatoes, boiled in their skins until just softfresh bay leaves
metal skewers
[hd]for the marinade[/hd]
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
method:
- Thread the bay leaves and potatoes alternatively onto the skewer, using 5-6 potatoes per skewer.
- Mix the marinade ingredients together, then paint all over the potatoes using a pastry brush.
- Place the kebabs on the coolest part of the barbecue, turning occasionally. Continue until they are caramelized and crunchy.
