Pan fried tofu and mushroom over beans and rice! So Delicious!

Eco Friendly Quick Make Vegan Friendly
Healthy, yummy, easy and CHEAP! I made this after being awake at 4am and very active. I cannot recommended this meal more as a comfort/easy/lazy meal.
Ingredients:
1 block of firm tofu4 diced dried chile peppers
2 diced green onion stems
2-4 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 can of black beans
1 cup of brown rice
method:
- Make the rice and heat the beans
- Press the tofu removing excess water. Meanwhile, On medium-high heat, add the soy sauce, chiles, green onions and garlic. While the veggies and soy are heating up cut tofu into desired size and shape (triangles, cubed, long stripes).
- Add tofu and fry on each side 3-5 minutes (most recipes say 2-3 minutes but I like my tofu crispy and cooked each side for about 5 minutes). Finished!
- Once everything is warm, add to a bowl, mix and enjoy! We had an avocado lying around so I threw it in as well.
