Pecan Bread

Ingredients:
500ml lukewarm water50g yeast
50g peanut butter
4 tsp salt
50g salt
50g cocoa
50g sweet chilli sauce
50g walnuts or pecans
400g wheat flour
400g durum wheat flour
method:
- In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the water - make sure it has completely dissolved and then add the remaining ingredients. Whiz in a mixer at high speed for approximately ten minutes.
- Place in a greased baking pan (39x27cm) and sprinkle the top with flour. Cover dough with clingfilm or a damp cloth and allow to rise in a warm place for about 1 ½ hours.
- Bake at 250C/480F/Gas 9 for 20 minutes. Turn the bread out of the baking pan and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
