Roasted Veg With Mozzarella And Marmite

Ingredients:
mediterranean vegmultigrain sub
10g Flora
marmite
vegetarian mozzarella
roasted vegetable
method:
- Roast a selection of chopped up Mediterranean veg in the oven (try peppers, red onion, courgette and aubergine). Split a multigrain sub and spread with 10g Flora and half a teaspoon of Marmite. Top one half with 25g sliced vegetarian Mozzarella and some roasted vegetables, then cover with the remaining half.
