Sushi Bites

Cost Cutting Eco Friendly Gluten Free Quick Make
These sushi bites are ideal for party snacks!
Ingredients:
4 tbsp cream cheese 1 jar of salsa 2 avocados, sliced thinly 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, sliced finely 4 BFree Multigrain Wrapsmethod:
- Trim each wrap to make a roughly 16cm square. Spread the cream cheese over the squares, distributing evenly.
- Arrange two rows of salsa in the centre of the wrap, then top them with a row of red pepper, yellow pepper, and avocado. Roll up the wrap up tightly and repeat.
- Right before serving, slice the rolls crosswise into 1cm pieces and spoon extra salsa into a bowl for dipping. Hold together with cocktail sticks if needed.
