Ingredients:
35G bulgar wheatthe seeds of 1 pomegranate
4 chopped vine tomatoes
1 finely chopped red onion
the juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses,
a pinch of salt
a pinch of ground white pepper
a pinch of sumac
60g chopped flat leaf parsley
30g chopped mint
method:
- Cook the bulgar wheat according to the packet instructions and combine the rest of the ingredients to make this delicious salad.
