Tropical Breakfast Bowl

This immune-boosting breakfast bowl is the perfect way to start your day
Ingredients:
For the base:
250g Greek yoghurt1 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp coconut extract
For the toppings:
1 kiwi, diced½ mango, diced
1 1/2 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp raw cacao nibs
2 tbsp raw nuts, chopped (cashews, hazelnuts, almonds)
method:
- Add the yoghurt, banana, first measure of chia seeds and coconut extract to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into a serving bowl. Add all the topping ingredients and arrange as you like. Tip - use a frozen banana and chilled yoghurt for an ice cream texture.
